When & Why We Started
We began our journey in 2025 after noticing a concerning trend—many students around us felt uncertain about their future. When we asked them about their next career steps, most simply replied, “I don’t know.”
At the same time, we observed a growing number of students choosing the wrong career paths, often because they lacked clarity, guidance, or awareness. As a result, they wasted valuable time and effort, and their families faced unnecessary financial and emotional strain.
This reality motivated us to launch our career counselling initiative. Through this effort, we aim to guide students toward making informed, confident, and meaningful career decisions.
What Problem We Solve
Students today face one of their biggest challenges in the form of limited awareness. Many students—and even their parents—do not fully understand the wide range of career options available. This lack of knowledge often creates confusion and leads them to make uninformed decisions.
When students move forward without the right guidance, they risk making poor career choices that result in dissatisfaction, wasted time, and unnecessary financial strain.
We strive to bridge this gap by offering clarity, expanding awareness, and delivering personalized guidance—empowering students to make decisions that truly align with their strengths and aspirations.

.We believe career counselling must be scientific, personalized, and student-focused—not driven by guesswork or passing trends.We set our approach apart by using research-backed and reliable psychometric assessments instead of methods like DMIT. These assessments allow us to understand each student’s true abilities, interests, and personality in a structured and objective way.
We actively involve both students and parents in the counselling process. By doing so, we build mutual understanding, reduce conflicts, and encourage more confident and informed decision-making.
Rather than overwhelming students with endless possibilities, we simplify their decision making journey. We present only 2–3 carefully selected career paths that genuinely suit them, making it easier for them to focus, plan effectively, and take clear action.
Most importantly, we begin by understanding the student—their strengths, preferences, and goals—before recommending any career path. We personalize every recommendation to ensure it truly aligns with the individual.
Through this structured and student-centered approach, we bring clarity, confidence, and direction to career decision-making.
About the Counsellor
Sarena is a young and dedicated career counsellor who actively supports students in making informed career decisions. She earned her Certified Career Analyst credential from Edumilestones, a program accredited by BCPA (India) and ACCPH (UK).
She also completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and gained diverse professional experience across multiple industries, including hospitality, banking, accounting and finance, and overseas education consulting.
In addition, she served as a Career Counsellor at the Goa Institute of Counselling in Goa, where she guided students toward clearer, more confident career choices.
